Antonio Carmona canta a Joaquín Sabina en la canción "Y sin embargo" (a la venta en iTunes el 22 de mayo), el primer single del álbum "De purísima y oro" que se publicará el 5 de junio de 2012.

El título del álbum no es gratuito. "De purísima y oro" es una de las canciones emblemáticas del repertorio de Joaquín Sabina y también el título de un disco en el que artistas fundamentales del mundo del flamenco interpretan y hacen suyas composiciones del artista de Úbeda.

El primer avance de "De purísima y oro" es "Y sin embargo" a cargo de Antonio Carmona, que lleva la canción de Joaquín Sabina a su mundo, envolviéndola en una rumba-salsa dinámica, bailable y original.

Junto a Carmona, otros artistas que están en el álbum son Cañizares (Como un dolor de muelas), India Martínez (Amor se llama el juego), José el Francés (Quién me ha robado el mes de abril), Arcángel (Calle Melancolía), Joana Jiménez (Una canción para la Magdalena), Martirio (Noche de boda), Niña Pastori (Contigo), Sandra Carrasco (Por el bulevar de los sueños rotos), Carmen Linares (Pongamos que hablo de Madrid), Negri (Como un explorador), Pitingo (19 días y 500 noches) y José Mercé.
